Charles Rowe
A native Montanan, Rowe attended Montana State University, the Chicago Art Institute, and received a Master of Fine Arts degree from Tyler School of Art in Philadelphia. A professor at the University of Delaware, he has major exhibits throughout the United States. One of his pieces was selected for the book, "Contemporary Western Art," by Royal B. Hasserick. The 1981 winner of the Delaware Duck Stamp, Rowe has work in the Montana Historical Society Collection, the state of Delaware, Michael Landon, and Merideth Publishing.
